How to Book and Schedule of Events

The Booking
If you would like to go ahead and make a booking with me to photograph your wedding, please complete the Wedding Photography Contract, Terms, Conditions and Booking Form, file downloadable below. In addition, please complete the Additional Information Form as best you can at this stage – it can always be updated nearer the time, also downloadable below. Once we have both signed the Contract we will send you a confirmation letter.

Pre-wedding Shoot
If you have a package which includes a pre-wedding shoot we will get in touch over the next couple of weeks to arrange the session, which will normally be about 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding. All pre-wedding photo shoots are conducted in Gloucestershire on a weekend. Your pictures will be available to view on-line and at the pre-wedding meeting. If your package does not include a pre-wedding shoot I will give a 50% discount from my usual location session fee to allow you to have this invaluable session.

Pre-wedding Meeting
I will then contact you approximately 4 weeks before your wedding day to arrange a pre-wedding meeting at which we will go through the order of the day.

Balance Payment
Your balance payment is due fourteen days prior to your wedding day. You will be sent an invoice, including any premium services but also including additional costs, such as additional mileage, if appropriate. We do not charge for mileage for weddings in Gloucestershire or Oxfordshire.

Final Venue visit
Depending on the location of your wedding – if local I will visit the ceremony & reception locations in the week preceding you wedding to do final reccie. If you are based outside of Gloucestershire these visits will be done in the morning prior to your wedding. If you would like to join me, you are more than welcome.

Thank You Cards
If you have a package which includes Thank You cards we normally select an image for you and have them printed and delivered whilst you are on your honeymoon, unless you request otherwise.

Viewing and selecting images for your album
Your images will be available on-line approximately 14 days after your wedding. You will have exclusive access to them for 7 days after which they will be made available to the under your “public” access ode. If your package includes a preview album, this will be forwarded to you on your return from your honeymoon.

Album Layout
Depending on the package that you choose, you will either be sent a PDF of the draft album layout or I will arrange to meet with you to review the draft layout. If applicable, you will also need to choose an image to go on the album cover.
